CASE STUDY: PUDDLEDOCK PIGGERY
We built Puddledock Piggery from scratch. It was, rather obviously, an old building for housing pigs, but they left long ago, and we like to think they were found a new home with lots of mud to snuffle around in rather than ending up on a breakfast plate or in a sandwich.
No matter, what was left was a grotty old building that we removed and set about designing and constructing what is now Puddledock Piggery, a stunning holiday cottage available for short-term lets.
